Terms and Conditions




CuscoExperience is a company who works in the travel industry selling tours in the region of Cusco and around Peru. All bookings registrered through our website, E-mail and telephone are done by our company; CuscoExperience and by doing that you automaticly accept these terms and conditions.

Medical Conditions And Special Requirements


While booking with CuscoExperience the client will have to write to us all medical conditions or special requirements; asthma, pregnantcy, special diets, physically challenged conditions or any mental conditions which may affect subsequently tours. CuscoExperience will do its best to meet the medical conditions and special requirements of the clients. These requests are not a fixed part of the booking procedure and therefore our company is not responsible for providing these requests.



All tours of CuscoExperience referred on the website or special requests by the client are sold in US$

Deposit Requirement


Making a deposit with CuscoExperience, the client will have to pay 50% of the total amount of the selected tour and service, due to booking expenses. 30 days before the arrival date, the passenger has to pay the last 50% of the total ammount. The deposit can be made by paying by wire transfer to our bank account or by PayPal, which is a safe and secure way to pay with your credit card. Please keep in mind that paying by PayPal we need to add an additional charge of 5% for the money transfer and by bank transfer $22 per wire.

Cancellation By The Client

The Client can cancel the Tour at any time, by informing Cusco Experience of his decision in writing (e-mail). If the Client cancels the Tour, the following cancellation fees become due:

1) cancellation up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the starting date of the Tour: 60% (sixty percent) of the Tour Price;

2) cancellation as of day 29 (twenty-nine) until day 15 (fifteen) prior to the starting date of the Tour: 70% (seventy percent) of the Tour Price;

3) cancellation as of day 14 (fourteen) until day 7 (seven) prior to the starting date of the Tour: 80% (eighty percent) of the Tour Price;

4) cancellation as of day 6 (six) prior to the starting date of the Tour: 95% (ninety-five percent) of the Tour Price; and

5) in case of no show on the starting date of the Tour, without prior notice given to Cusco Unique Experience, 100% (one hundred percent) of the Tour Price.



CuscoExperience has the right to cancel or change any itinerary due to unforseen circumstances outside the companys control. Our company will not cover any incidental expenses or consequental losses of the client.

Cancellation For Transport


CuscoExperience reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that would compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will either refund this part of your trip or aplly this cost to other services (eventual additional cost) 
In case we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations beyond our control), we will refund your the lost services or work with you to apply those payments to another tour. All air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines

Acceptance Of Risk


Accepting these terms and condicions, the client also accept that some of our tours are adeventurous and are located in the nature, therefore the tours can involve personal risk. The client hereby accept these personal risks and also release the company, CuscoExperience from the responsibility of any damages or injuries of the client. If unfortunately one of our clients will experience such incidents, CuscoExperience will provide as much help as possible to make our clients feel safe.

Travel Documents


All clients travelling with CuscoExperience are obligated to bring their valid passport, vaccination certificates, visas and insurance documents, required for entries and safety reasons throughout the whole tour. The client have full responsebility to bring these travel documents and make sure that doesnt get lost or are defective.

Factors Outside The Company´s Control


CuscoExperience is not responsible for any external problems that may affect the tour such as govourmental, political or religious issues, bad weather condiciones or natural distasters, strikes from any company that work with us & riots.



CuscoExperience recommends that our clients travel with travel insurance, which has to cover personal injuries, medical, repatriation, evacuation expenses, cancellations, and other expenses that might occur because of losses, damages or delays. Regarding theft, losses or damages to the luggages of our clients, our company will not have any liability of this.

Responsibility For Your Tour


Every booked service is organized by CusoExperience and co-operaters. Train, bus, airline and ship companies and other travel providers have their own terms and conditions and the client will be bound by these conditions, as far as the transport provider or supplier is concerned.

Claims And Complaints


If the client wants to complain against the company of CuscoExperience, the client must write an E-mail or a letter to the representative of the company to: CuscoExperience@hotmail.com

Local Conditions


Buying a service from the company, CuscoExperience, the client automaticly agree and consider that he or she will visit places where political, cultural and geographical attributes may include potential risks and physical challenges depending on the tour. Booking a service with CuscoExperience makes the client fully responsible to know about customs, physical challenges, weather conditions and make contact to his or her local embassy or consulate in each destination.
